5. Best practices in conducting a customer debrief to explain deficiencies and recommendations.
6. Digital fire inspection reporting software (e.g. Building Reports Canada, Inspect Point, etc.)
Our Instructor:
Mark Wilson is an experienced instructor to technicians, fire departments, military personnel, engineers, maintenance teams and condo boards. He is the Past President of the CFAA Alberta Chapter, served on the CFAA National Board of Directors and is currently on the Alberta Safety Codes Fire SubCouncil and various ULC Committees.
